Active Spa Zone

The indoor heated pool complex comprises 6 heated pools (2 with sea water and 4 with fresh water), and a whirlpool (combination of warm water and air), which is extremely therapeutic – it stimulates blood flow and relaxes tense muscles.

Represents a unique recipe for healthy and beautiful skin; it includes antioxidants, anti-inflammatory ingredients and moisturisers, which are ingredients of all products of this medical-cosmetic line, reinforcing the membrane and building healthy and beautiful skin, both of the face and body.

Wellness Etiquette 

Learn to navigate through the nuances of the world of wellness. In order to be able to enjoy your every visit to the wellness centre, familiarise yourself with some rules of conduct right at the entry into the wellness centre so as to make the most of your wellness and spa experience.

Book your apointment in advance - a couple of days before coming or perhaps when coming to the hotel.

Tell us about any health problems you might have - so as to avoid any unwanted effects or to get a useful piece of advice.

Do not bring valuables with you - put your jewellery or other valuables in the hotel safe or leave them at home.

Do not be late for your appointment - if you are late, your treatment will be shortened, most ideally you will arrive 10 minutes early.

Explore all possibilities and facilities - be sure to ask us about all the activities and facilities offered so as not to miss out on anything you might find interesting.

Therapists - if you already know which therapist you want or prefer, let us know when booking your appointment.

Treat the staff and other guests politely and with respect

How to avoid unpleasant surprises - make your stay in the wellness centre a satisfying experience for everyone. Take into account that only services from the wellness centre price list are available, and that in case of any unpleasant incidents the staff is free to end any treatment, against payment for the entire treatment from the price list, and that at your following booking it is not obliged to provide you with an appointment

Cancelling appointments - sometimes it is impossible to plan everything and you may be forced to cancel your appointment. Should this happen, please inform us in the shortest time possible.

In the sauna - you can enjoy the inside of the sauna without clothes, but are obliged to sit on a towel. We kindly ask you to conduct yourself in a manner that will keep the sauna a tranquil and peaceful place

In the pool - in the pool the bathing suit and sandals are obligatory. Showering is obligatory before entering the pool

Fitness - children under 16 are not permitted entrance into the fitness centre for medical and safety reasons

Use the products, equipment and therapy as recommended

Avoid depilation before treatments

Avoid having lunch before arriving for treatments

Regularly use the showers

Avoid perfume and strong scents

Smoking is not permitted

Avoid telephone conversations

Children - the spa and wellness centre is a place intended for you, it is recommended that you do not bring children under the age of 16 with you. If you do bring children with you, look out for their safety and be considerate of the vacation and relaxation of others.

Environmental advice - respecting your environment is part of every spa and wellness experience. Please economise when using towels and water.
